As a consequence with the new EU Customs Advanced Manifest Rule (Entry Summary Declaration - ENS ) , we are implementing submission cargo declaration to custom charge (SUS) of US$ 25 per Bill of Lading with effect from 1st January 2011 (B/L Date) , in order to cover additional operating and administrative costs. The regulation is applicable to all import cargo to or via any EU ports.

For amendments affecting ENS declarations, we will implement a fee of US$40 per Bill of Lading, as from the same date.
